Due to the nature of our offerings — which include digital products, instant-access courses, and memberships — we maintain a clear and firm refund policy.

 

1. Non-Refundable Products:

All purchases of the following are non-refundable:

●     Digital downloads (e.g., pattern designs, PDF templates, e-books)

Access is granted immediately after payment, so we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges.

 

2. Exceptions:

We will review refund requests only in the following cases:

●     Duplicate payment or accidental double purchase

●     Technical error preventing access (not user-side issues)

Each case is reviewed individually. If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
